“If you’re going to do things, do them right. So, we’re not fast, but we do food right. Everything is homemade, and items are cooked to order.” Joel Moon, who runs The 278 with Teresa and their daughter Haley.

1976The 278 opens on Piedmont Cutoff, named for the highway out front. Joel’s father was one of the owners.

2018Joel buys the restaurant back and puts the family in the kitchen.
